Collaborating with the CFDA, GQ is back with its award for the Best New Menswear Designer in America. The finalists include Robert Geller, Alex Carleton of Rogues Gallery, David Mullen of Save Khaki, Andre Benjamin of Benjamin Bixby, Yigal Azrouël, and Sam Shipley and Jeff Halmos of Shipley & Halmos. The winner will receive $50,000 and the winner will also have the opportunity to create a capsule collection for Levi’s. The capsule collection will be previewed in September and then be sold exclusively at Bloomingdale’s before being made available on Levi’s web store. [Fashion Week Daily]
