Band Of Outsiders Spring 2009

although i give him a nod for an untraditional presentation, Scott Sternberg's spring 09 collection was nothing new. although there were some pieces that are good, they're all safe, too safe for Band of Outsiders even. maybe he saved all the creativity for the presentation.
